The origin of religion: Christmas Eve, also known as Christmas Eve, is closely related to Christianity. According to Christian legend, Jesus Christ was born on December 25th. Christmas Eve is to commemorate the night before the birth of Jesus. In the Bible, the angel Gabriel reported good news to Mary, informing her that she was about to conceive the Son of God, Jesus. Afterwards, Mary, accompanied by her husband Joseph, went to Bethlehem.

On the night of December 24th, an angel brought good news to the shepherds outside Bethlehem, telling them the news of the birth of the savior Jesus Christ. The shepherds hurriedly rushed over and were the first to witness the birth of the Holy Infant. This night is considered sacred and peaceful, hence it is called 'Christmas Eve'.
