1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return and refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
- The product has a quality defect (e.g., manufacturing errors, damage during transportation that is not caused by improper handling by the customer, or failure to meet the described specifications).
- The product itself is not damaged, has not been used, and is in its original packaging, ensuring it does not affect secondary sales. All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the returned product.

2. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined based on the reason for the return:
- If the return is due to a product quality defect (meeting the eligibility conditions above), SpiritEve will bear the full return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the reasonable shipping cost after you have shipped the product back and provided the shipping receipt.
- If the return is not due to a product quality defect (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order placement by the customer, or damage caused by improper use), the customer shall bear all return shipping costs. The shipping cost will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund amount if necessary.

4. Exceptions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
